Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You submit a request within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase or its renewal
- Your purchase was made directly through our website and processed by Paddle
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms
How to request a refund

- Include the email used during purchase and your Paddle order ID
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund processing
- Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payments and refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle
- You will receive confirmation by email
- Access to SellStar will be revoked after the refund is completed
- No partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time
Trial periods and subscriptions
- Trial periods are free and do not require a refund
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period
