We stand behind the quality of SellStar. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or a subscription renewal.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You submit a request within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase or its renewal
  • Your purchase was made directly through our website and processed by Paddle
  • Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms

How to request a refund

  1. Contact our support team: kontakt@sellstar.pl
  2. Include the email used during purchase and your Paddle order ID
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund processing

  • Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payments and refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle
  • You will receive confirmation by email
  • Access to SellStar will be revoked after the refund is completed
  • No partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time

Trial periods and subscriptions

  • Trial periods are free and do not require a refund
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period
